Personal Training: (In-Home or In a Fitness World Club)
Providing 1 on 1 and group personal training. We will come to your home, or you can come to a Fitness World Club for your training / consulting.
Fitness Consulting:
Bill will design a program for you specific needs. Track strength gains, fat loss, lean mass, and overall progress.
Performance Assessments:
This is one of the most comprehensive assessments available to athletes. Bill will uncover muscle imbalances that are robbing you of athletic performance, strength/force production, and functional flexibility. Form the data gathered, Bill will be able to design a program to maximize your potential. Assessments also performed in a team setting.
Diet/Nutrition:
Bill will coach you to lose the weight you desire, fitness competitions, of help you pack on the mass you need.
Personal Training:
Providing 1 on 1 and group personal training.
