Bill,
Thanks for the motivation you provided me, for some reason knowing that you knew what days I skipped helped force me to the gym even on those days that I really didn’t want to go.  Thanks for the education, I learned a lot from our conversations whether it be limiting sugars and flour products to properly training for different events.  Last, thanks for taking the time to work with me on a one on one basis.  You created diets for me…although my stomach is stronger than my will and I was not able to stick to them, you created work out programs both weights and cardio, and you worked with me while I trained to meet my national guard goals.

Not that it matters, but I never saw another employee work with people as much as you did.  While they sat behind the desk, you were out on the floor talking to people, learning their goals, and than working with them to help achieve these goals.

I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate all of the training and nutritional information you provided me with.  Thanks to your help I now have a much healthier life style.  When I first started the L.E.A.N program I was concerned that it would be hard for me due to my disability.  I was also worried that I would be inconveniencing the rest of the class, when there where exercises I wasn’t able to do.  You never once made me feel like I was inconveniencing you (although I am sure with the amount of ? I asked I had to be).  You always answered my questions with a smile or helped me adapt an exercise to something that was better for me.  I really do appreciate that, because without the help I would have been completely lost. 
The nutritional side of the program was also extremely helpful.  It really opened my eyes to see what habits I needed to change. I now have more energy throughout the day, which was one of my goals.  
Your program has not only helped me get in better shape, but will also help me be able to better control my Arthritis now and in the future.  I can’t tell you enough how much I appreciate that.

You taught me quite a bit and how to actually use the treadmill for running instead of slacking! Ha!  I have been working outside since it has been nice and I have been able to incorporate our treadmill training to what I am doing outside now.  Thanks again for always having a positive attitude and not letting us slack off!  :)   Good Luck!
