Corrective Fitness

This program is based on human movement science and addresses movement impairments and dysfunction. Nearly everyone has muscle imbalances and impaired muscle function somewhere among their muscle groups. This is caused by overuse, a sedentary lifestyle, and improper movement. This can increase and many times causes unnecessary injuries to athletes and individuals. The Corrective Fitness Program will systematically take you through a routine that will lengthen, activate, and integrate the muscles to work properly and improve overall function. We use these techniques on all our athletes and clients with great success and our re-assesment shows vast improvement within weeks.
