Get Lean: The 90 Day Weight Loss Solution

This is my most popular program. I have trained many people with this very system. Countless clients have seen excellent results. Many of those clients lost 20 or more pounds in just 90 days. Many of my male clients have built substantial muscle and lean muscular physiques. This program follows sound training principals, cycle training, and a flexible eating plan to guarantee results!

During this first four weeks of training we will be focusing on general muscle conditioning. I developed this portion of the program for two reasons. The first reason is for individuals who have been training 5-6 days a week or doing large volume/bodybuilding style weight training. They need to take some time to let the body’s “training meter” for lack of a better term, reset. The most common concern with these type of people (typically male 18-36) is they plateau after a year or two and fail to see any serious results. They then turn to weight lifting magazines and send some big bucks on training supplements looking for that magic bullet for growth. They typically see no change because they train too much on the wrong program and fail to intake adequate nutrition from real food. The second reason is for beginners. This phase of the program will strengthen the tendons and ligaments and prepare the muscles for a greater load.

In weeks five through eight, our main goal is to further strengthen the muscles and develop your metabolic machine (body). By this phase of the program, you will see and feel notable differences in muscle tone and how clothes fit. The workout becomes more enjoyable than painful and a better sense of belief begins to set in. You will notice an increase in metabolism, energy, sleep, and mood.

The last four weeks are the muscle shaping and fat cutting phase! The phase everyone can not wait to get to. Think of an artist ready to mold, cut and carve a statue out of clay. We will be sculpting and defining muscles as we lose more and more body fat. You will see more “tone” and muscle definition each week. By the end of this program you will be in a new body. Looking great and feeling even better!!
